The SWA-3000 receives rear-channel audio signals virtually anywhere in the room, wirelessly from your system's main unit. All you have to do is place the amplifier in a convenient location, connect the two rear speakers directly to it, insert the included TX card into the DVD changer/receiver, and you can start experiencing exciting multi-channel sound. This two-channel rear amplifier uses the 2.4 GHz signal frequency for excellent clarity, and can operate from a distance of up to 33 feet from your home-theater system. The SWA-3000 runs on standard AC power, and comes with a one-year manufacturer's limited warranty.

Easy setup right out of the box! A must for a great home theater experience if you have no way to run wires to the back area of your viewing situation.
Was disappointed in that I thought all the speakers would be wireless, you can only separate the front from rear and still need wires between them. Also had fidelity problems - hissing and low volume;ended up sending them back - no problem with that though.
Product works very well. I have not notices any loss in quality of sound.
It is a great alternative to running wires all over the living room. The only catch is that your back speakers are still wired. They are not really wireless. They have to plug into the box. So you are still limited to where you can place the satellite speakers.
I guess i should have known that streaming music wirelessly was not going to produce fantasic sound. I sort of expected that but i'm no audiophile so I figured I would not notice the difference. wrong!. You'll hear a lot of hissing on the speakers when you use this deivce.
It clearly ruins the experience. save yourself the money and go wire-up all the speakers. Yes that may look uglier but it would sound a lot better.
