She is beautiful, fits the Fashion Fever, Barbie, Playline, Silkstone, and special Gold label fashions. She is inexpensive enough to thrill your little girl, and you can get one for your collection.

The top models fashion dolls have a delightful body for which to create new fashions. I crochet and sew. She is easy to work with. Her hair when pulled onto the top of her head, falls nicely back into the glorious curls.

All of the newest patterns fit the dolls well with very little change. For couture sewing, I manipulate the fabric and work with the doll for a truly elegant One Of A Kind (OOAK) outfit. When I crochet, I never use a pattern, nor do I write what I do down.

You won't be disappointed with this doll. Enjoy!
This doll is just beautiful. I didn't like the Model Muse body style when it first came out, but since that seems to be the only body style Mattel is using for it's non-play line dolls, I've gotten used to it.
This doll has the traditional Steffie face (with the modern Barbie eye style) and gorgeous bright copper red hair. The clothing she comes with is not the greatest (I do prefer the clothing of the blond Model in this series, but I bought this one for the hair & face style). The boots are cool looking, though. :3
The packaging is great. I have decided to leave this doll in her clear box because it's like having her in a little glass (plastic) case. No fuss; no muss. ^_^

If you are a Barbie collector, I definitely suggest this for you.

If you are a parent looking to buy a Barbie for your child, I would suggest that you skip this one. The Model Muse body style is odd without clothing on, and could be a challenge for little ones to change the clothing. Also, once that hair is brushed, the style is gone forever. I do not see this as a "play" doll at all.

As a long time doll collector, I grew over the years to LOVE the so-called "Steffie" face mold. I was delighted and thrilled to see this lovely face mold back into production again and at an affordable price. The clothes are very trendy and there are 2 sets of clothes with this doll. I've heard that this doll's body is skinnier than former Barbies. It does seem that Mattel does "play" with body shapes and sizes a lot these days. I did take this doll out of her box!! This has formerly been the BIG No-No for Barbie collectors. In a dusty house, it makes sense to not take the dolls out of the box. It certainly keeps them cleaner & dust-free. But it certainly limits being able to play with these dolls. And after all, Barbies ARE first and foremost children's toys, something that many of us collectors forget about.
My nine year old daughter was somewhat disappointed with this Barbie because the doll is taller and thiner than the standard Barbie doll. My daughter also did not feel that this Barbie looked like the photos - she thought the photos looked nicer than the actual doll she received. I actually thought the Barbie doll was very nice and had fun clothes and accessories even if the doll was awfully thin. My daughter did like the music video on this site that featured this doll and several others in this particular collection.
She's lovely to look at but has lots of little pieces that a preteen would lose or break. I believe these are marketed to older girls anyway - those just hitting their teens or so. It's great that it comes with a stand and her arm positioning is very good for 'model' poses. Recommended.
