I recently ordered this item for my niece for her birthday. I love the look and design of this laptop sleeve. I am sure she will love it. However, I especially liked the esacorp company from whom it was orderedLaurex 15.4" Neoprene Notebook/MacBook/Laptop Sleeve - Red Blossom. When I ordered it from Amazon I neglected to provide my niece's address as the recipient, as well as enclose a birthday message. After contacting them, they in turn contacted Amazon, changed the shipping address, enclosed a birthday message and provided me with a shipping tracking number. They were prompt, professional and did all that I requested.
